Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality In-Charge to manage and ensure strict adherence to quality standards within the organization. The role requires a strong background in quality assurance, compliance, and documentation in the seed/agri domain.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage quality control activities across all production, processing & packing stages.

Implement quality assurance systems, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.

Conduct inspections, audits, and testing to maintain product standards.

Identify quality issues, root causes, and drive corrective/preventive actions.

Coordinate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams for quality alignment.

Train staff on quality practices, safety, and documentation.

Maintain detailed records, reports, and certifications as per statutory norms.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in Agriculture, Seed Technology, or related field.

78 years of proven experience in quality control/assurance in seeds, agri-inputs.

Strong knowledge of QA/QC methods, standards, and documentation practices.

Ability to handle audits, certifications, and regulatory compliance.

Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
