**Job Title: Shift In-Charge - Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)**

**Location**: Kashipur, Uttar Pradesh

**Job Overview**: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift In-Charge to join our team at our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) in Kashipur, Uttar Pradesh. The Shift In-Charge will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during their shift, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and leading a team of frontline staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant operation during assigned shifts.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards of service.
- Supervise, train, and motivate team members to maintain high levels of productivity and morale.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and ensure all equipment is in working order.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Prepare reports on sales, labor, and inventory management as required.
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies for achieving sales and profitability targets.
- Uphold a positive and professional work environment for team members.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role within the QSR or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality or business management is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
