What you'll do:

Lead and mentor a team of 5-6 sales professionals

Drive direct sales thru onsite presentations, exibitions and wed leads

Manage customer relationships and reslove escalations

Champion our Happy Family Reference Progamme(HFRP)

Travel to upcountry locations for 8-10 days a month

What we're looking for:

5-6 yrs of B2C sales team handling experience

Strong communication and leadership skills

A go getter attitiude and willingness to travel

Preferred Industry- Timeshare, Insurance, Real estate, Ed tech
