Your responsibilities

Contract management framework to manage contract life-cycle, manage & track obligations

Managing the third party vendor obligations per the contract

Change Management Process

Legal, regulatory and tax

The incumbent should have a good view of designing and executing the parts of the contract with third party vendors.

They should have done this in their previous work experience and should show a track record of maintaining the clauses in the contract.

Break down the components of the contract into measurable KPIs

Build reporting around the KPIs

Report out the results

Maintain the scope and enable any changes to scope discussions

Ability to do cost comparisons and tracking of budgets and costs effectively for the contracts

Manage the contractual obligations and measure against penalty clauses

Manage Change review process for additions to obligations

What you bring 

Education – Masters in any field

Prior experience – Minimum of 10 years in designing, running contracts with customers

Prior experience n Vendor management and contract clauses and reporting to senior management

Should have STRONG COST MANAGEMENT skills

Preferably from BPO industry and flexibility to work across shifts

Ability to work in a global environment

Experience in MNCs, multi-cultural environment is a MUST

Good communication skills and inter-personal skills
