Key Responsibilities:

Contract Preparation and Review:

  • Assist in reviewing and negotiating contract terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for contract preparation.

Contract Management:

  • Maintain and update the contract database and the CRM, ensuring all contracts are accurately recorded and easily accessible.
  • Monitor contract deadlines and renewal dates, providing timely reminders to relevant parties.
  • Assist in the management of contract amendments, extensions, and terminations.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

  • Ensure all contractual documents are properly executed and stored.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and physical contract files.
  • Prepare and distribute contract summaries and reports as required.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Serve as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries from internal departments and external parties.
  • Facilitate effective communication between all departments involved in the contract process.

Person Specification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferably Law
  • Some experience in contract administration, legal support, or a related role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills (essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (essential)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (essential)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team (essential)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities (essential)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with contract management software or databases.
  • Basic understanding of contract law and business law principles.
