Position: AI Engineer Location: Onsite — Trivandrum (Mandatory) Experience: 1–3 Years Role Overview We are looking for an AI Engineer skilled in building and supporting AI systems involving agentic automation, RAG-based intelligence, ,predictive modeling & ML using Azure AI Foundry Azure ML and Python. The role involves developing AI-driven automations, operational prediction dashboards, and integrating AI securely into enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain agentic AI, RAG, and chatbot components for intelligent process automation. Build predictive ML models in Azure and analytics dashboards to support operational and business insights. Implement and deploy AI workflows using Azure AI services, ensuring secure integration with enterprise applications. Work with SQL Server and Azure data services to support data pipelines and model-driven decision systems. Apply security, access control, and data governance best practices across AI components and automations. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance automation, prediction accuracy, and system reliability. Mandatory Skills Strong proficiency in Python for AI development and workflow automation. Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry / Azure AI Services, Azure ML and enterprise integration patterns. Deep understanding of RAG, agentic AI frameworks, and conversational AI systems. Solid grounding in machine learning modeling, feature engineering, and model evaluation. Proficiency in SQL Server for querying, data preparation, and optimization. Awareness of AI security practices, including data privacy, token/access management, and safe model orchestration. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on practical applied AI solutions.
