Position: AI EngineerLocation: Onsite — Trivandrum (Mandatory)Experience: 1–3 YearsRole OverviewWe are looking for an AI Engineer skilled in building and supporting AI systems involving agentic automation, RAG-based intelligence, ,predictive modeling & ML using Azure AI Foundry Azure ML and Python. The role involves developing AI-driven automations, operational prediction dashboards, and integrating AI securely into enterprise environments.Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain agentic AI, RAG, and chatbot components for intelligent process automation.- Build predictive ML models in Azure and analytics dashboards to support operational and business insights.- Implement and deploy AI workflows using Azure AI services, ensuring secure integration with enterprise applications.- Work with SQL Server and Azure data services to support data pipelines and model-driven decision systems.- Apply security, access control, and data governance best practices across AI components and automations.- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance automation, prediction accuracy, and system reliability.Mandatory Skills- Strong proficiency in Python for AI development and workflow automation.- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry / Azure AI Services, Azure ML and enterprise integration patterns.- Deep understanding of RAG, agentic AI frameworks, and conversational AI systems.- Solid grounding in machine learning modeling, feature engineering, and model evaluation.- Proficiency in SQL Server for querying, data preparation, and optimization.- Awareness of AI security practices, including data privacy, token/access management, and safe model orchestration.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on practical applied AI solutions.
