Our suite of software solutions is designed for the food industry, targeting Food Export Companies, Domestic Packed Food Businesses, Food D2C and Ecommerce Companies, Hotels, QSRs, Catering companies, and International Food Companies.
Role Overview:We are setting up a sales team to market our cutting-edge solutions, and we are seeking a results-driven and strategic
B2B Sales Lead
to lead this effort.
In this role, you will develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to our diverse target markets driving revenue growth. Additionally, you will have the responsibility to set up processes and build a team.
You will be part of a 3-year strategy to grow business with clear targets and contribute to shaping future prospect.
Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, targeting Food Export Companies, Domestic Packed Food Businesses, Food D2C and Ecommerce Companies, Hotels, QSRs, Catering companies, and International Food Companies (primarily in the GCC)Identify and engage decision-makers in food companies to establish trust and highlight digitisation of regulatory labelling as a transformative solution for enhancing regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.Recruit and groom the next sales superstarsWork closely with product and technical teams to own your customer pain pointsMonitor sales performance and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies, including upsell, cross sell, shortening enquiry to conversion time periods, building powerful sales talk, provide powerful demos and closure tacticsStay informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes to refine the sales approach.
Qualifications:Proven experience in a senior sales role within the B2B SaaS or food industry sectorStrong understanding of enterprise sales processes, particularly in software and technology solutionsDemonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams to achieve revenue goals.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales performance and make informed decisions.
Preferred:Experience selling to or working with clients in food and beverage companies or Food Export companies, D2C food brands, or hospitality sectors (B2B).Understanding of SaaS and AI-driven or Regulatory compliance solutions.
