Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Prepare the detailed project plan for New product launches (For Beauty Category)
    • Delineate and prepare project status presentation covering aspects of project milestones achieved, upcoming milestones, risks involved, stipulated timelines, tasks to be executed and projected Vs. actual work plans for new product launches
    • Support identification and allocation of optimum resources (manpower, tools, software) to facilitate project execution
    • Risk identification and assessment to facilitate timely completion of the assigned project
    • Review the progress with the Functional Heads
    • Prepare and share periodic project status reports
    • Conduct weekly/fortnightly project review meeting.
    • Provide periodic project updates to Chief Marketing Officer on project status
    • Assess the teams capability to cater to the project requirements & assist the concerned functional heads in decision making
  • Serves as the key point of contact for all aspects of the project; ensures smooth execution and delivery.
    • Develops, manages and reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules and prepares communication reports.
  • Assesses project issues and develops solutions to meet cost, quality, timing and delivery objectives
  • Develops appropriate tools to monitor project progress and communicate appropriately to key stakeholders
  • Representative projects may include new product development, product launches and promotions.
