Job summary

Seeking an experienced Project Engineer specializing in Civil and Interior Works to manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards. This hybrid role requires a balance of on-site presence and office responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

-Coordinate between Architect, Contractor, and Management to ensure smooth execution.

-Review and interpret construction drawings and ensure proper implementation.

-Monitor progress and prepare weekly reports, status updates, and site observations.

-Conduct monthly site visits (4–5 days) to Goa for supervision, quality checks, and issue resolution.

-Oversee external development works – roads, drainage, retaining walls, utilities, landscaping.

-Suggest modern construction methods (e.g., pre-cast, modular systems) for efficiency.

-Verify contractor bills, BOQs, and ensure adherence to timelines & quality standards.

-Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols.

-Software Proficiency: Auto-CAD, Civil 3D

Location: Gurgaon Office (20–22 days/month) + Goa Site Visits (4–5 days/month)

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Engineer / Project Coordinator to act as the bridge between our Architect (design/drawings) and Contractor (execution team) for our upcoming luxury township project in Goa. The role will be primarily office-based in Gurgaon with regular site visits to Goa for supervision and coordination.
Preferred Qualifications

-Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering (preferred).

-5–10 years' experience in residential/infra/township projects.

-Strong exposure to architect–contractor–client coordination.

-Hands-on knowledge of civil works (roads, drainage, villas, retaining walls).

-Proficiency in MS Excel and reading AutoCAD drawings.

-Open to frequent travel (Goa site visits).

-Strong problem-solving, conflict management, and quality monitoring skills
