Job Summary:
Lead the Sales of Process Plant Engineering Software Solution Visio P&ID Process Designer (VPID) for defined international market.
Job Description:
- Ability to independently drive large, enterprise-wide deals.
- Ability to identify strategic sweet spots in the marketplace and drive sales in the region with a local flavor where possible.
- Strategic and systematic approach to map and penetrate the target accounts.
- Experience of international sales.
- Experiencing of selling to C level.
- Leading the team of sales engineers across various geographies.
- Driving innovative initiatives working along with marketing.
- Start-up mindset.
- Understanding of domain and competition.
- Ability to work with technical presales team to conceptualize a solution and making a customer relevant pitch/demo.
- Driving sales campaigns & promotions.
- Relationship building with customers & partners.
- Identifying global / regional resellers and working together to drive sales.
Required Skills / Abilities:
- Technical knowledge of PFDs, P&IDs Design Engineering.
- Prior sales experience in Process Plant Design / Engineering Software Industry is preferred.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for effectively conveying information, providing feedback, and collaborating with team members and customers.
- Must possess strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and meet deadlines.
- The ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to improve sales performance.
- Familiarity with latest tools and automation technologies (LinkedIn, Salesforce, Mail chimp, etc.)
- Good Knowledge of MS Excel, Power point.
- Able to present business achievement in weekly meetings to senior management.
