Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end merchandising operations, from sourcing to delivery.• Collaborate with design, production, and sales teams to align brand goals with market trends.• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely production.• Analyse market trends and customer preferences to identify new product opportunities.• Coordinate sampling, costing, and order execution while maintaining strict quality control standards.• Ensure seamless communication between all stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.

Requirements

•

Experience

: 2-5 years in apparel merchandising (preferably in sustainable fashion).•

Education

: Degree/Diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Technology, or related fields.• Strong understanding of fabrics, garment production, and sourcing.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.• A passion for sustainability and ethical practices in the fashion industry.
