Key Responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end merchandising operations, from sourcing to delivery.
• Collaborate with design, production, and sales teams to align brand goals with market trends.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely production.
• Analyse market trends and customer preferences to identify new product opportunities.
• Coordinate sampling, costing, and order execution while maintaining strict quality control standards.
• Ensure seamless communication between all stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
Requirements
•  Experience : 2-5 years in apparel merchandising (preferably in sustainable fashion).
•  Education : Degree/Diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Technology, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of fabrics, garment production, and sourcing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for sustainability and ethical practices in the fashion industry.
