Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, And meta Fabtech's market presence. The role Demands a proactive individual with strong technical understanding of fabrication/automation products, excellent communicate, and proven business development experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, development, and close new business opportunities in fabrication, rolling shutters, & automation solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, interior designers, and end clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with design, Production, and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and project terms with clients.
- Represent Meta Fabtech at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, and client interactions.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Knowledge of fabrication, shutters, gates, and automation systems (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prepare business proposals and present technical solutions.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Mechanical Engineering related field.
- Proven experience in business development / sales, Preferably in fabrication, construction, or automation industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate a team and work under pressure.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned regions.
