Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, And meta Fabtech's market presence. The role Demands a proactive individual with strong technical understanding of fabrication/automation products, excellent communicate, and proven business development experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, development, and close new business opportunities in fabrication, rolling shutters, & automation solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, interior designers, and end clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with design, Production, and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and project terms with clients.
  • Represent Meta Fabtech at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, and client interactions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Knowledge of fabrication, shutters, gates, and automation systems (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prepare business proposals and present technical solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Mechanical Engineering related field.
  • Proven experience in business development / sales, Preferably in fabrication, construction, or automation industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate a team and work under pressure.
  • Good negotiation and closing skills.
  • valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned regions.
