Purpose of Role Preparation and maintenance of Monthly Standalone & consolidated financial statements for the organization including its subsidiaries Position Title Manager - Financial Reporting Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities 1. Preparation and maintenance of Monthly Standalone & consolidated financial statements for the organization including its subsidiaries2. Managing large capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects.3. Develop and maintain a system for prompt and timely maintenance of financial and accounting information incorporating changes on account of the latest developments in accounting standards4. Preparation of standalone/Consolidated accounts after incorporating 30-40 subsidiaries (including some foreign subsidiaries) every quarter and complying with the requirements of:a. Listing Obligations (earlier Clause 41 of the listing agreements) with stock exchangesb. Companies Act (Including Schedule III)c. Ind AS/Accounting Standards/other IGAAP5. Liaison with actuary/units for actuarial valuation of employee benefits e.g. Gratuity, EL, ML and LSA6. Compliance with MSME Act7. Monthly analysis of trial balance and P&L variations for different businesses across the organization.8. Close Coordination with Statutory auditors to ensure timely closing of audit and resolve audit observations9. Monitor posting of INDAS adjustment in SAP on monthly basis10. Accounting Policy Formulation. Well versed with INDAS and ensuring Caro Compliance 11. Prepare a quarterly board deck along with detailed variance analysis12. Cross-functional coordination on regular requirements. 13. Hands on experience of SAP accounting software.
