BNC has been mandated to recruit a Financial Reporting for one of our Automobile Manufacturing client based at Gurugram.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS or local GAAP).
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Ensure adherence to statutory and internal reporting timelines.
- Perform variance analysis and prepare reports for management review.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in reporting and compliance functions.

**Requirements**:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) **without IFRS exposure** but with strong financial reporting background.
- 5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience in INDAS Financial Reporting.
- **Immediate joiners will be prioritized** and considered for permanent roles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
