**Job Title: Financial Reporting Associate**

**Location**: Gurgaon
**Department**: Finance
**Reports To**: Finance Manager / Financial Controller

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
- Assist in the consolidation of group financial reports (if applicable).
- Ensure timely and accurate closing of financial periods.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to audit queries.
- Analyze financial data and provide variance analysis and commentary.
- Maintain proper documentation and working papers supporting financial reports.
- Implement improvements in reporting processes and internal controls.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in IFRS and other relevant financial regulations.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- ACCA/CA qualified or finalist.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and financial statement preparation.
- Strong understanding of IFRS.
- Prior experience in working with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Experience in working with multinational companies or Big 4 firms.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
