About the Role: We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Founders Office Associate to support in executing various highimpact initiatives. Your role will involve assisting in program management fundraising public relations and communications efforts. This position offers a unique chance to gain practical experience while contributing to key strategic decisions in a fastpaced missionoriented organization.
What You ll Be Doing:
- Manage project timelines track deliverables and ensure milestones are met
- Support fundraising efforts by assisting with outreach preparation of materials and relationship management with potential investors
- Oversee external communications including managing PR activities and stakeholder engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various functions
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans for company growth and sustainability goals
- Proactively solve problems and ensure the smooth operation of crossfunctional projects
Who You Are:
- Bachelor s degree with 12 years of experience preferably in earlystage startups
- Passionate about climate action and sustainability
- Exceptional project management and organizational abilities
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing in a dynamic fastpaced environment
- Experience in fundraising public relations or external communications is an advantage
- Comfortable working in a collaborative teambased environment
- Proactive problemsolver with great attention to detail
