Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Director - Founders Office to work closely with the leadership team on high-impact projects and strategic initiatives.

As the right-hand person to the founders, you will play a pivotal role in driving the business forward by overseeing the company’s most critical projects, fostering strategic growth, and ensuring operational excellence across departments.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Collaborate directly with the founders to shape and execute the company’s long-term strategy, identifying key business opportunities and risks.

Project Leadership: Drive high-priority cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and successful execution across departments.

Business Analytics: Analyze business performance, market trends, and competitive dynamics to provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to the founders.

Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the founders and internal teams, as well as external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and key clients.

Decision Support: Provide founders with critical decision-making support through financial modeling, market analysis, and business case development.

New Initiatives: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, expansion areas, and partnerships to accelerate growth and enhance market positioning.

Operational Excellence: Work with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, improve business processes, and implement best practices for efficiency and scalability.

Internal Communications: Lead internal communications for key strategic initiatives to ensure organizational alignment with the company’s vision and priorities.

Executive Reporting: Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and updates for the founders, board members, and investors.

Requirements: 8-12+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or a similar strategic role.

Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and drive strategic initiatives.

Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and market research.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to senior leadership.

Strong understanding of business operations , with experience in scaling companies or fast-growing environments (experience in startups is a plus).

Ability to work in a high-growth, dynamic, and fast-paced environment, demonstrating agility and leadership.

MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
