Job Summary:
The Educational Vendor Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing strategic alliances and partnerships with educational vendors. This role will handle the entire onboarding process, including induction to our systems, financial arrangements, and the completion of necessary agreements. The Specialist will also generate business opportunities through strategic alliances and partnerships, contributing to our growth and success in the educational sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Alliances and Partnerships:Identify potential educational vendors and assess opportunities for strategic alliances and partnerships.Develop and implement strategies to establish and nurture long-term relationships with key educational vendors.Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership opportunities with organizational goals and objectives.
Onboarding and Induction:Oversee the onboarding process for new educational vendors, ensuring they are effectively integrated into our systems and processes.Provide comprehensive induction training to vendors on our systems, protocols, and best practices.Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors during the onboarding phase, addressing any questions or concerns.
Financial Arrangements:Coordinate discussions and negotiations regarding financial arrangements, including pricing, payment terms, and contract details.Ensure all financial agreements are documented and processed accurately.Monitor and manage financial performance of partnerships to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Partner Onboarding Form and Agreement:Develop, review, and maintain the partner onboarding form and agreement to ensure they meet legal and organizational requirements.Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and signed prior to the finalization of the partnership.
Business Generation:Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic alliances and educational partnerships.Develop and execute plans to expand our network and increase business growth through these partnerships.Track and report on partnership performance and business impact.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience in vendor management, strategic partnerships, or a similar role, preferably within the education sector.Strong understanding of educational systems, financial arrangements, and onboarding processes.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in relevant software and systems (e.g., CRM, project management tools).
Preferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in a relevant field.Experience in strategic alliance development and business growth within the education industry.Familiarity with educational technology and systems.
Additional information:Work Hours: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PMDays: Monday - Saturday (except second Saturday)No. of Openings: 1Hiring: ImmediateEmployment Type: Full-Time (Work from office)
