About the Role
As the Head of CRM, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing customer relationship strategies to enhance loyalty, retention, and lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute CRM strategies to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and repeat business
- Analyze customer data to identify behavior trends, segmentation opportunities, and personalization strategies
- Oversee execution of CRM campaigns across channels (SMS, email, WhatsApp, in-store, digital, etc.)
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure integrated and seamless customer experiences
- Develop and monitor KPIs for customer acquisition, retention, reactivation, and satisfaction
- Manage CRM software/tools and ensure data hygiene and integrity
- Design and improve loyalty programs and customer feedback loops
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in CRM roles, preferably in the jewellery, luxury, retail, or high-value B2C sector
- Proven ability to lead data-driven customer engagement initiatives
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
