About the Role

As the Head of CRM, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing customer relationship strategies to enhance loyalty, retention, and lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute CRM strategies to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and repeat business
  • Analyze customer data to identify behavior trends, segmentation opportunities, and personalization strategies
  • Oversee execution of CRM campaigns across channels (SMS, email, WhatsApp, in-store, digital, etc.)
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure integrated and seamless customer experiences
  • Develop and monitor KPIs for customer acquisition, retention, reactivation, and satisfaction
  • Manage CRM software/tools and ensure data hygiene and integrity
  • Design and improve loyalty programs and customer feedback loops

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in CRM roles, preferably in the jewellery, luxury, retail, or high-value B2C sector
  • Proven ability to lead data-driven customer engagement initiatives
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
