Job Overview:
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Relations Team. As a Voice Agent, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries and ensuring a high standard of service delivery through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and concerns while maintaining quality standards over voice calls
- Record transactions, update systems, and follow up with internal teams as needed
- Understand and communicate multiple processes and services effectively
- Follow scripts and product reference materials to influence customer decisions
- Document clear summaries for unresolved queries and escalate as needed
- Handle irate customers with empathy and professionalism
- Achieve targets while maintaining service quality and compliance
- Operate telecom systems and applications efficiently
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Any Graduate (Full-Time or Part-Time)
- Experience: 0-3 years in domestic or international BPO preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Comfortable with computers and relevant technical tools
