Job Overview:

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Relations Team. As a Voice Agent, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries and ensuring a high standard of service delivery through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and concerns while maintaining quality standards over voice calls
  • Record transactions, update systems, and follow up with internal teams as needed
  • Understand and communicate multiple processes and services effectively
  • Follow scripts and product reference materials to influence customer decisions
  • Document clear summaries for unresolved queries and escalate as needed
  • Handle irate customers with empathy and professionalism
  • Achieve targets while maintaining service quality and compliance
  • Operate telecom systems and applications efficiently
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Any Graduate (Full-Time or Part-Time)
  • Experience: 0-3 years in domestic or international BPO preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Comfortable with computers and relevant technical tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
