Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to support our sales team in managing day-to-day tasks and optimizing sales processes. As an intern, you will work closely with the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) and assist with a variety of operational tasks to drive efficiency and support the sales function.
Responsibilities & Duties
Sales Support & Query Management: Monitor and respond to sales queries on Slack, HubSpot, and email, collaborating with the sales team for timely resolutions.
Data Management & Reporting: Manage Excel reports from HubSpot, perform data entry and analysis, and create follow-up tasks for the sales team.
Administrative Support: Handle admin tasks, including data entry and record maintenance, to support sales operations.
Research & Insights: Use the internet and tools like ChatGPT for research to aid sales strategies, lead generation, and competitive insights.
Learning & Development: Actively learn about sales operations, tools, and take on additional responsibilities.
Reporting & Coordination: Report to the CGO and assist with daily sales tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel and basic understanding of HubSpot (or willingness to learn)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Quick learner with a strong interest in sales operations
Available to work from 9 PM to 6 AM IST
Motivated, self-starter with a "hunger to do more" mentality
