Mandatory Skill Set:
- Experience in B2B SAAS Sales
- Strong management skills
- Strong presentation, negotiation & closing skills
- Any saas b2b sales software selling exp is fine
- If candidate from electronic industries is Good
- Understanding of recommerce, IT asset disposal, refurbishment ecosystem.
- Driven to achieve targets and deliver results ; willing to travel across India for sales requirements

About XCQC
XCQC is XtraCover's proprietary SaaS tool that certifies smartphones, laptops, and desktops across 64+ diagnostic parameters. Similar to Blancco & PhoneCheck, XCQC helps suppliers, refurbishes, buyback partners, and marketplaces ensure device functionality, build buyer trust, and enable resale on platforms like Amazon Renewed or their own websites.
Role Overview
We seek a high-performing SaaS Sales Manager to own and drive the growth of XCQC. The person will generate leads, close enterprise/SME deals, and manage repeat business accounts while collaborating with Product & Engineering to ensure client success.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, industry connects, BTL activities, cold outreach.
Pitch XCQC through demos & consultative selling, addressing client pain points.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Manage key accounts to ensure renewals, upselling & client satisfaction.
Act as the bridge between clients & product team, ensuring feature requirements are captured.
Own and report performance metrics (MRR, pipeline health, win ratio).
KRA (Key Responsibility Areas)
Lead Generation & Pipeline Building – Build a steady funnel through outreach & BTL.
Sales Closures – Convert leads into paying clients with recurring subscriptions.
Revenue Achievement – Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Account Retention & Growth – Maintain renewals and upsell opportunities.
Market Intelligence – Report competitor insights & client feedback.
Collaboration – Work with product/engineering teams to improve client experience.
Requirements
Proven SaaS / B2B sales experience with measurable results.
Strong presentation, negotiation & closing skills.
Understanding of recommerce, IT asset disposal, refurbishment ecosystem.
Ability to explain technical products in simple, value-driven terms.
Excellent communication, client management & account retention skills.
Hunger to own targets and deliver results.
