About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and result-driven E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and other major e-commerce marketplaces. This role requires expertise in end-to-end e-commerce management — from product listings to driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

  • Manage seller accounts on Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Myntra & other platforms
  • Create, optimize, and update product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, pricing)
  • Handle catalog uploads, listing errors, and category approvals

Sales & Growth

  • Drive sales through marketplace promotions, advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
  • Monitor competitor activity & adjust pricing/strategy accordingly
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Inventory & Operations

  • Coordinate with warehouse/operations team to maintain healthy stock levels
  • Manage order processing, returns, and replacement issues
  • Ensure smooth logistics & timely order fulfillment

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track sales performance across marketplaces
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, ROI, and ad spends
  • Use insights to optimize campaigns and boost conversion rates

Team & Vendor Coordination

  • Work with graphic/design teams for creatives & banners
  • Coordinate with marketplace account managers for growth opportunities
  • Handle escalations & customer-related queries

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of proven experience as an E-commerce Manager / Specialist
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho marketplace policies & dashboards
  • Experience with advertising campaigns (AMS, Sponsored Ads, Flipkart PLA, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Excel, MS Office & marketplace tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving & communication skills
  • Ability to handle complete e-commerce cycle independently
