Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and engaging potential customers for Cratoflow. This position involves creating and executing strategies to generate high-quality leads and collaborating closely with our sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and Identify Potential Leads: Conduct market research to pinpoint potential clients and key decision-makers who can benefit from Cratoflow.
- Develop and Implement Email Campaigns: Create and execute effective email campaigns to attract potential clients. Craft personalized and compelling emails to engage prospects and drive interest in our offerings.
- Engage with Prospects: Reach out to potential leads through personalized communication to nurture relationships and provide relevant information about offering.
- Qualify Leads: Evaluate and prioritize leads based on specific criteria to ensure high-quality prospects for the sales team.
- Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team for a seamless handoff of qualified leads and provide insights to refine lead generation strategies.
- Track and Report on Activities: Monitor and analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns, reporting on key metrics and using CRM systems to track lead progress.
- Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in lead generation and the SaaS industry, continuously refining tactics for improved results.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing and sales processes.
- Expertise in developing and executing email campaigns.
- Proficiency in using lead generation tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, and CRM systems like HubSpot.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
