Lead Generation Specialist

Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential B2B clients in the target market using various tools and techniques such as LinkedIn, industry-specific websites, and online directories.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through outbound prospecting techniques, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
- Utilize CRM software to track, manage, and analyze lead data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
- Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and targeted content to build relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Schedule sales appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects, ensuring a seamless handover.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and continuously improve the lead qualification process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new lead generation opportunities.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets and KPIs.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales, or marketing.
- Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and achieving targets.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
- Proficient in research and data analysis, with experience using CRM software.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable and quick to learn, with a strong desire to stay current on industry trends and technologies.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving specific targets and KPIs.
