Client Account Manager

Role and Responsibilities :• Prepare and maintain a calendar of campaigns for the team.• Ensure timely approvals and completion of campaign.• Coordination with the central excellence and brand management team.• Coordination with the on-field team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.• Handle escalations from the clients (partner brands and societies) and the brand managementteam.• Negotiation with societies to ensure a good PnL.• Prepare and present regular reports of progress.• Manage CEP campaigns from planning to successful execution.• Manage critical partnerships and relationships with the brands to understand theirexpectations from MyGate and set the same expectations to CDG teams.• Facilitate brand managers with various requirements coming from brands and curate thesociety data accordingly.• Review all Campaigns PI with the Brand Manager and publish weekly/monthly executionpipeline and strategies to achieve it.• Maintain RWA Approvals TAT and achieve the targeted number of sites within the giventimeline.• Manage last minute on ground Brand Expectations to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements -● 0-1 years of Experience working with Brands● Bachelors/Masters Degree in commerce● Strong Communication skills with the ability to connect efficiently with all thestakeholders.
