The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in HR management for an organization of 150+ and be familiar with current regulations, HR trends and best practices. The HR Manager will be expected to: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs. Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees. Implementing and overseeing performance management systems to ensure equitable and efficient evaluation of employee performance, in line with company goals and objectives. Utilizing data-driven methodologies to assess and analyze critical KPIs, offering insights into job performance metrics and trends. Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Actively engage with employees on a daily basis, maintaining a hands-on approach to monitor productivity levels and provide support as needed, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance within the organization. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines as well as the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently.
