We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our corporate uniforms and workwear division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, acquiring and managing key B2B accounts, and driving revenue growth in industries such as hospitality, healthcare, construction, logistics, security, and corporate sectors.

Location : Mumbai Suburbs

Education : Any Graduate

Job responsibilities :

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities with institutional clients (Corporate Clients).

  2. Build and maintain relationships with existing institutional clients to drive retention and growth.

  3. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including design, production, and logistics, to deliver customized uniform solutions to clients.

  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges.

  6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our uniform products and services, including design, manufacturing, and distribution.

  7. Prepare and deliver pitches, presentations, and other sales materials to clients and prospects.

  8. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in uniforms, workwear, or textile/apparel industries.
  • Strong network across sectors such as healthcare, hospitality, construction, or industrial.
    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
