The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing enterprise-level partnerships, driving revenue growth, and leading end-to-end sales operations — from hunting and pitching to closing and execution.This is an exciting opportunity for a proven sales leader with deep expertise in the Fintech, Payment Solutions, or Loyalty space, who can combine strategy with execution to scale B2 B sales across industries.Key Responsibilities1. B2 B Sales Strategy & Planning- Develop and implement a robust B2 B sales strategy targeting corporate clients and enterprise partners.- Identify new industries, market segments, and business opportunities for digital gift voucher solutions.- Build and maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline through continuous lead generation and qualification.2. Enterprise Sales Growth- Drive enterprise acquisition and retention to meet and exceed revenue targets.- Negotiate large-scale contracts and long-term partnerships with key corporate clients.- Ensure timely delivery of customized solutions aligned with client needs and business goals.3. Client Relationship Management- Establish and nurture trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.- Understand client requirements in-depth to offer tailored gifting, rewards, and loyalty solutions.- Ensure post-sales satisfaction and client retention through continuous engagement and support.4. Market Research & Analysis- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.- Generate actionable insights to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.5. Sales Funnel & Process Management- Oversee the entire sales lifecycle — from prospecting and proposal creation to negotiation and closure.- Maintain a healthy sales funnel, ensuring predictable and sustainable revenue growth.- Track and report performance metrics using CRM tools for data-driven decision-making.6.
