About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive with a background in Pharmaceuticals to support our business growth. The ideal candidate will combine pharma knowledge with business development skills to identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in the pharma and healthcare industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key professionals in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to align business strategies with client needs.
  • Generate leads, pitch services/products, and close deals.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to increase brand visibility.
  • Maintain accurate records of business activities in CRM.
  • Stay updated with pharma regulations, industry updates, and marketing practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field (Marketing/Business Degree/Course preferred).
  • 1+ year of experience in Pharma Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (Freshers with strong pharma knowledge & communication skills may also apply).
  • Strong understanding of the pharma domain.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
