Senior Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
Design, implement, and drive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in the cybersecurity services domain.
Identify, evaluate, and develop opportunities across industries such as BFSI, IT, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and others.
Align sales initiatives with the organization’s overall business objectives and market trends.
Cybersecurity Sales Expertise Leverage in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity services, including VAPT, SOC implementation, ISO 27001, GDPR, CCPA compliance, phishing simulations, and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) solutions, to position offerings effectively.
Lead solution-selling efforts by understanding client needs and mapping them to the company's cybersecurity portfolio.
Client and Partner Engagement : Build, nurture, and expand relationships with C-level executives, IT heads, and decision-makers in target organizations.
Identify and onboard strategic channel partners and alliances to expand the company’s market reach.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering tailored cybersecurity solutions that address specific pain points.
Proposal Development and Sales Presentations Prepare compelling, customized proposals that effectively communicate the value of the company’s cybersecurity services.
Conduct impactful presentations and product demonstrations, highlighting the technical and business advantages of the company’s solutions.
Drive consistent growth by successfully managing the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
Ensure timely and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and monthly reporting to senior leadership.
Mentor junior sales team members, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed for success in cybersecurity sales.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling cybersecurity solutions.
Proven track record in closing high-value deals and meeting revenue targets consistently.
Technical Knowledge- Strong understanding of cybersecurity services such as penetration testing, SOC setup, governance, risk, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR), and other managed security services.
Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Strong technical acumen to understand complex cybersecurity solutions and articulate them to clients.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
