Senior Business Development Manager in Interior Fitouts

The Senior Business Development Manager in Interior Fitouts will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new market opportunities, and developing client relationships within the interior fitouts sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business development, a deep understanding of interior fitouts, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the interior fitouts sector.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.Achieve and exceed sales targets and business growth objectives.

Key Qualifications:

Sr. Business Development with 10-12 yrs exp in Real EstateProven experience in business development within the interior fitouts industry.Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Proactive, result-oriented, and self-motivated.
