Job Role: Digital Marketing Leader - Global
Job location: Hyderabad
About the role: We are looking for Digital Marketing leader who can head our global digital marketing team and has proven track record of achieving digital marketing goals. Ideally, we prefer someone who worked in Cyber Security Services/ Cyber Security Products/IT captive companies.
Key Responsibilities include:
Plan and execute digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build and maintain social media presence of the -TechDemocracy‎/Cotelligent brand.
Measure performance of digital marketing campaigns (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Own the digital marketing roadmap and project plan, capturing all initiatives across the marketing, including budgets, agencies and key programs and campaigns
Support incubation initiatives with strategic digital marketing guidance, advice and support as needed.
Understanding of digital asset optimization and health score reporting. Provide recommendation and support changes for the optimization and improvement of asset performance.
Maintain best practices for digital assets for performance and analytics.
Co-create, monitor, and analyses experiments and compliment eye to details refinements for branding and customer experience.
Job Requirements
Min 10+ years of experience in the Digital Marketing space for B2B category.
Must have proven experience digital marking leadership roles
Creativity with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. through A/B experiments
Solid knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adsense)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development/constraints (desirable).
Bachelor / Master’s degree in Marketing/ MassCom, or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of the potential of digital transformation as a growth driver.
Change management experience
Ability to implement web and mobile analytics best practices.
Ability to identify opportunities and implement solutions to turbocharge our digital initiatives effectively and efficiently
Ability to work with a large number of stakeholders whilst maintaining commercial agility and responsiveness to the organization’s need to drive revenue.
