This role blends Operational leadership, employee experience design, and culture stewardship across Indrajaal. You’ll report directly to General Manager - HR and support employees, Talent Partners and vendors to ensure consistent, high-impact HR delivery. This is a builder’s role, ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership without waiting for instruction, and leads with presence of mind and clarity.Key Responsibilities???? HR Operations & Service DeliveryOversee core HR services: onboarding, policy guidance, performance management, and lifecycle support.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory frameworks.???? Culture & People ExperienceChampion a values-driven culture rooted in autonomy, agility, and integrity.Lead employee engagement, retention, and L&D initiatives that drive morale and career growth.Act as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.???? Process Excellence & Data-Driven HRStandardize workflows and drive automation to reduce manual effort and improve speed and accuracy.Use operational metrics, feedback loops, and service data to continuously improve delivery.Foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, service excellence, and innovation.What We’re Looking For✅ Required Experience8–15 years in HR Operations, Shared Services, or People Experience roles3–5 years in a managerial role leading an HR team.Proven success in building scalable HR systems in fast-paced, high-growth environments????
