Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Vishakhapatnam. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment and selection processes, overseeing employee relations, developing HR strategies and policies, and ensuring legal compliance. Other responsibilities include conducting performance reviews, managing payroll and benefits, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, selection, and employee relations
  • Strong knowledge of HR strategies, policies, and legal compliance
  • Proficiency in conducting performance reviews and managing payroll and benefits
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
