Talk to students or researchers and explain our PhD services
Understand their project or topic needs and guide them
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, or WhatsApp
Maintain a record of calls, leads, and client requirements
Coordinate with the technical and writing team to ensure timely delivery
Achieve monthly targets related to leads and conversions
Share regular updates with the team manager
Skills Needed:
Good communication in English and any one regional language
Confident in talking to clients over phone or chat
Basic knowledge of research, PhD topics, or academic writing is a plus
Good in follow-up and handling client queries
Willing to learn and work as part of a team
Basic computer and typing skills
Education:
Any UG or PG degree (Science/Arts/Commerce preferred)
Freshers are welcome
Incentives: Based on performance and lead conversion
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
