Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: 7-10 years of proven experience in talent acquisition with a strong background in both technical and non-technical hiring.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with hiring for roles in software development, product management, and other tech areas.
• Non-Tech Expertise: Proven success in recruiting for marketing, content, operations, and similar domains.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to engage stakeholders and candidates effectively.
