About the roleWe are seeking an exceptional Talent Acquisition & HR Lead, who will lead hiring efforts in India and manage key HR functions. This role combines full-cycle recruitment with HR operations, ensuring we attract and retain top talent. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers, implement recruitment strategies, and oversee employee relations

Key responsibilities/AccountabilitiesManage the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions for India,UK and GermanyPartner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategiesSource candidates using a variety of methods such as job boards, social media platforms, networking, and referralsScreen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualificationsCoordinate interviews and facilitate interview feedback sessions with hiring teamsExtend job offers and negotiate terms of employmentManage end to end HR operations at a global levelAdminister employee benefits, such as insurance and holidaysEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processPartner with the broader team on compensation, benefits, global mobility and asset managementAct as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality

Experience required5+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably within the technology or IT industry.Possess a data-driven mentality, with a demonstrated ability to use data to shape your recruiting strategyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment that’s constantly evolvingYou’re flexible able to wear many hats, and able to contribute to hiring needs in various locations, time zones, and business units if necessaryBachelor's degree and/or equivalent experienceFamiliarity with HR operations and practices including employment policies and compliance requirements in India.
