Responsibilities:
Lead Generation :Responsible for generating leads through various marketing channels, such as content marketing, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.Sales Outreach:Engages in direct outreach to potential customers through methods like cold calling, emails, and personalized communications.Nurturing Leads :Develops strategies to nurture and qualify leads, ensuring they move through the marketing funnel until they are ready to be passed on to the sales team.Content Creation :Creates marketing content, such as blog posts, whitepapers, and webinars, to engage and educate potential customers.Relationship Building :Builds and maintains relationships with potential clients, understanding their business problems and needs, and positioning the company's products or services as solutions.Negotiation and Closing :Involved in negotiating terms, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
Requirements :Proven track record in business development within the software services industry.Strong understanding of software development methodologies, technologies, and trends.Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.Proactive and results-oriented approach to achieve and exceed sales targets.MBA in Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications :Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in selling custom software development services.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics. HubSpot, Apollo.ioIndustry certifications related to business development or sales.
