Talent Acquisition Lead

The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing the recruitment and selection process for the organization. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure the company attracts and hires top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies.
- Align recruitment plans with the company’s business objectives and workforce planning.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
2. Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Leverage social media, job boards, and networking events to source candidates.
3. Interview and Selection:
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
4. Employer Branding:
- Promote the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives.
- Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities.
5. Recruitment Metrics:
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the success of talent acquisition efforts.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on recruitment activities and outcomes.
6. Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and keep them informed of their application status.
- Implement strategies to improve candidate satisfaction and engagement.
7. Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with local, national, and international regulations.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the Saudi market and regulatory environment is an advantage.
