You’ll pair exceptional visual design with crisp product-marketing copy and ship weekly across web, socials, email, and sales collateral.What you’ll do Ship full campaigns : concept, positioning, creative, landing page, email, organic + paid social; own UTMs and basic analytics.Design system & assets : brand kit, decks, one-pagers, case studies, ads, event/booth collateral, motion snippets.Product marketing : ABM packs, solution briefs, comparison pages, vertical pages; turn SME/customer interviews into clear narratives.Social & “vibe marketing” : founder ghostwriting, carousels/memes/shorts, community posts (Linked In/X/Reddit/You Tube); fast A/B testing.Website : wireframe in Figma; build in Webflow/Framer (or with dev); own conversion experiments.Operate with AI : use AI tools to ideate, write, design, edit, and analyze to 10× output.What great looks like (90–120 days) Brand kit + reusable templates shipped in 30 days.2–3 integrated campaigns/month with meeting & pipeline goals .Website hero + 2 key pages refreshed; +30% lift in demo requests.Weekly social cadence (founder + company) with measurable reach/engagement.Must-haves 2–5 years in Saa S/enterprise or tech marketing/design (startup or agency).Portfolio showing: a live landing page, a performing social/carousel, a case study or long-form piece, and a sales/pitch deck.Expert in Figma + Adobe (Ps/Ai; Ae or motion a plus). Strong copywriter (clarity fluff).Proven end-to-end campaigns with results (meetings/pipeline, CTR/CPC/ROAS, etc.).AI-native and scrappy: Chat GPT/Claude, Midjourney/DALL·E, Runway/Descript/Cap Cut, Perplexity, Notion AI; plus Webflow/Framer, Hub Spot/GA4/Looker, Linked In/Google Ads, Apollo/Lemlist, Zapier/Make.Nice-to-haves SEO basics, lightweight video/motion, community building, events.How to apply (required) Email with subject “AI Marketing Lead – Your Name” and include:Campaign links (2–3): show design + copy + audience targeting (screenshots or live links).Results: your best campaign’s numbers— meetings booked , pipeline ($) , and any of CTR, reach/engagement, CPC/CPA, ROAS.Product-marketing note (≤300 words): what PMM strategy & collaterals you led (decks, ABM packs, case studies), with links.Portfolio/linktree + Linked In.Hiring process Intro (30m) → paid working session (48h) : one-pager + Linked In carousel + hero section → portfolio deep-dive → references → offer.
