If you’re someone who can roll up your sleeves, design smart systems, and at the same time guide a team to deliver, this role is for you.You’ll be working on buildingAI and ML-drivenscalable solutions and directly engaging with customers to make sure what we deliver actually works for them. Think of it as a mix of hands-on coding, big-picture architecture, and customer success.What You’ll DoDesign and developscalable solutionsusing Python and modern AI/ML frameworks. Work directly with customers—understanding their needs and making sure we deliver real outcomes. Lead projects end-to-end: planning, execution, deployment, and support. Mentor and support engineers so they grow along with the team. Bring astartup mindset : move fast, stay flexible, and take ownership.What We’re Looking For7–9 years of experience in building and delivering software solutions. Strong skills inPython, system design, and scalable architectures . Hands-on experience withAI/ML frameworkslike PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face. Someone who has worked incustomer-facing or consulting rolesand can explain tech in simple words. Experience withcloud platforms(AWS, Azure, GCP).
