The Company is listed on National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) in India.RoleArea Sales ManagerJob Level/ DesignationM2Function / DepartmentSales & DistributionLocationAgra ZoneJob PurposeDistribution managerKey Result Areas/AccountabilitiesSet revenue & sales targetsReview and evaluate Channel partners with focus on distributor 3i –infrastructure (office, DSE, computer), investment (working capital) & involvement (ways of working, processes) for reliable & effective service of the marketEnsure Distribution planning& execution intensity to enable his team to deliver on expanding town coverage, appointing distributors, adding outlets, building DATA, above norms extraction -sites, quality gross & tertiaryJudicious use of SAC budgets to maximize quality customer acquisitions Strengthen market execution & trade relationships and track market intelligence for effective decisionsComplete people ownership -effective on-boarding, in-market coaching, rigorous performance review etc -to maximize team incentive earnings and reduce attritionEnsure compliance with company standards, policies and HSW norms by employees and extended teamsCore Competencies, Knowledge, Experience5-7 years of experience in Telco/FMCGIn depth understanding of Distribution ecosystemMarket understanding & developmentDetailed Sales & Distribution planningMotivate team & build capabilitySkilled in conflict managementBasic budget management skillsMust have technical/ professional qualificationsGraduate, MBA preferredEnglish and local market languageSkilled in performance analytics, review & driving team target achievementVodafone Idea Limited
