Job Title: Area SalesManager
CTC UPTO 15LPA
Location:Agra

KeyResponsibilities:
Sales StrategyDevelopment: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achievecompany objectives within the assigned area.
TeamLeadership: Recruit train and motivate the sales team to achievesales targets and objectives.
Customer RelationshipManagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with keycustomers understanding their needs and providing solutions to meetthose needs.
Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor salesperformance metrics and KPIs analyzing data to identify areas forimprovement and implementing corrective actions asneeded.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research andanalysis to identify trends opportunities and threats within theassigned area.
Budget Management: Manage the salesbudget effectively ensuring optimal allocation of resources tomaximize ROI.
Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate salesforecasts and reports for management review.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with other departmentssuch as marketing product development and customer service toensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing or arelated field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in salesmanagement with a track record of achieving and exceeding salestargets.
Strong leadership and team managementskills.
Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpretsales data and trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Officesuite and CRM software.
Ability to travel within theassigned area as needed.

NoteCandidate Must Have a 6 year Experience In Homeloan and LAP
Candidate age Not more than 35
