Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the interior design and construction sector.- Meet with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable design and execution solutions.- Coordinate with the design and project teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, and vendors.- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.- Represent the company in exhibitions, events, and client meetings to promote services.- Keep updated with market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.Skills Required:- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Basic knowledge of interior works, materials, and construction processes.- Ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.- Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with AutoCAD is an added advantage.- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Experience: 2–5 Years (preferred in interior design/construction sales)Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma (preferred in Marketing, Interior Design, or Civil)Location: ChalakudySalary: As per experience & performance-based incentives
