Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a techno-commercial support to the Apex Management, ensuring smooth execution of strategic, operational, and client-related activities.
  • Coordinate and liaise between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up and project progress.
  • Review, analyze, and present commercial and technical proposals, contracts, and business documents for management decision-making.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and business correspondences in English, Hindi and Marathi language.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information and exercise sound judgment in handling critical matters.
  • Assist in meeting preparation, agenda setting, and follow-up actions.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to support decision-making.
  • Represent the Apex Managements office professionally in meetings and communications.

Desired Profile:

  • Age: Preferably between 45 to 50 years.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (spoken & written), with good understanding of Hindi and Marathi.
  • Personality: Pleasing, confident, and well-groomed, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of site execution experience in civil engineering projects, with at least 5 years in a techno-commercial or leadership support role in renowned companies.
  • Industry Exposure: Infrastructure, manufacturing, engineering, or related sectors preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and commercial evaluation skills.
  • Excellent MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • High integrity and commitment to deadlines.
