Techno-Commercial Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a techno-commercial support to the Apex Management, ensuring smooth execution of strategic, operational, and client-related activities.
- Coordinate and liaise between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up and project progress.
- Review, analyze, and present commercial and technical proposals, contracts, and business documents for management decision-making.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and business correspondences in English, Hindi and Marathi language.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information and exercise sound judgment in handling critical matters.
- Assist in meeting preparation, agenda setting, and follow-up actions.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to support decision-making.
- Represent the Apex Managements office professionally in meetings and communications.
Desired Profile:
- Age: Preferably between 45 to 50 years.
- Languages: Fluent in English (spoken & written), with good understanding of Hindi and Marathi.
- Personality: Pleasing, confident, and well-groomed, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of site execution experience in civil engineering projects, with at least 5 years in a techno-commercial or leadership support role in renowned companies.
- Industry Exposure: Infrastructure, manufacturing, engineering, or related sectors preferred.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and commercial evaluation skills.
- Excellent MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- High integrity and commitment to deadlines.
