GreetingsTCS is hiring...Role: Senior Desktop EngineerEXP: 8-10 YEARSLOCATION: BengaluruJob DescriptionThe associate responsible for ensuring adherence to Desktop Engineering processes, resolving desktop L3 tickets with in SLA, generating SLA reports and other project management reportResponsibilities:Understanding application deployment process using SCCM/SIUnderstanding and following Desktop Engineering processes for SupportUnderstand customer problem and provide timely resolutionHelping customers solve technical issues with telephone supportAnswering questions from customer about the features and capabilities of Desktop Engineering related technologiesDeveloping customer-facing documentation on an as-needed basisExcellent written and oral communication skillsPerforming end-to-end analysis, solution identification and documentationCommunicating customer needs and wishes to development and engineering teamsTimely generation of required SLA reports · Planning resource availability and utilization Encouraging initiative and leadership amongst team membersForecasting resource requirementAssessing and filling up open positionsNegotiating with the stakeholders when neededPlanning and encouraging learning amongst team membersGenerating SLA reportsPresenting project management reports to the stakeholdersEnsuring adherence to Desktop Engineering processes
