Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - HR and Admin, located in Noida. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, and supporting administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role also involves handling day-to-day office administration, coordinating with different teams, and managing office supplies and facilities.
Qualifications
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage office administration tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the nutrition or food manufacturing industry is a plus
